Huangshan Painter Hotel is located in the west of Huangshan Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Town, Plot D4 of the master workshop area. Huangshan Chinese painting and calligraphy town is located in Yixian County, one of the birthplaces of Huizhou culture, and Pingshan Village, Hongcun Town. Yi County is one of the birthplaces of "Hui merchants" and "Hui culture", and also a provincial historical and cultural city in Anhui Province. There are a large number of Ming and Qing dwellings, ancestral halls, memorial archways, gardens, as well as the world cultural heritage Xidi and Hongcun ancient villages. Yi County is also known as "villages in Chinese painting" and "people in the Peach Blossom Garden". The project is located on the golden connecting line of Huangshan - Hongcun - Xidi - Pingshan sightseeing tourism and art sketch, enjoying unique advantages.

The architectural design of Huangshan Painter Hotel continues the overall style of Huangshan Chinese painting and calligraphy town, and gives modern interpretation on the basis of inheriting Huizhou traditional architecture to reflect the modern Huizhou architectural style. The building takes the courtyard as the overall architectural form, and creates a regional Huizhou courtyard with calligraphy and painting creation as the carrier. The shape of residential buildings in southern Anhui is a square, with white walls towering outside, and the houses inside are arranged around, all of which are buildings with more than two floors. The roof inclines to the courtyard, forming the form of "four waters return to the hall". At the upper end of the wall, there are layers of falling horsehead walls. The white wall and the black tile form a sharp color contrast. The scheme uses contemporary building materials to restore the simple and elegant color of the Hui-style building's blue tile, pink wall and horse head wall.
