Fuchun Bay, located in the central urban area of Zhanjiang, is the hub of the Bay Service Center. It is the intersection of the urban functional agglomeration development axis and the development axis along the Bay of Zhanjiang.

The project aims to create the first comprehensive living bay area in Zhanjiang that integrates high-end cultural tourism, ecological housing, and leisure tourism, redefining future bay life and becoming a new landmark of Zhanjiang city.
 

The project will be guided by five major goals to create an ecological residential demonstration area and create a comfortable and livable living environment for residents; Provide differentiated ecological residential areas to meet the housing needs of different groups of people; Building the most popular urban center for citizens, responding to their expectations and aspirations; Create a fashionable and attractive cultural center area, integrating cultural elements into every corner of the city.
 

The spatial strategy of the project concentrates urban development on the main axis of the site, guided by diversified and composite industries, with openness and inclusiveness as the soul, connecting projects such as hotels, beaches, theaters, commercial streets, residential areas, and youth research bases, creating a 2.2-kilometer coastal corridor. Introducing water into the project site, shaping the public open space within the site, and forming a landscape system of urban parks and squares, creating an organic waterfront and ecological habitat, providing a diversified waterfront landscape belt with ecological sightseeing, leisure recreation, and theater culture in the area.
