After deeply analyzing the current situation of Paizhen and closely connecting it with the higher-level planning, Professor Chen Keshi proposed the overall positioning of "Nanjiabawa Paizhen Flower City", fully exploring the development path of "cultural tourism+industrial supporting facilities", and carving Paizhen into a world-class cultural tourism destination that integrates cultural tourism, ecological vacation, Tibetan style residential life experience, and Tibetan characteristic handicraft experience, allowing Paizhen to bloom with unique charm.
 

In the design concept stage, the five major clusters are used as the driving force to build a waterfront commercial axis and green network, shaping a vibrant and compact urban texture. The commercial hotel on the mountaintop will become a new landmark in the region, with a coordinated and dynamic zigzag pedestrian road system that adapts to local conditions and leverages the mountainous terrain to create a unique landscape and convenient transportation pattern, achieving harmonious integration between humans, nature, and architecture.
 

In terms of design strategy, on the one hand, we focus on the core of the square and carefully create urban characteristic public spaces. With the "central square leading+radial road network" architecture, we tailor a comfortable pedestrian network with priority for slow traffic for the central area of the town; On the other hand, by cleverly utilizing the two main water systems within the site, graded water storage is created to create a scenic lake with sparkling waves. At the same time, relying on the mountainous terrain, the rich layered architectural style and efficient transportation network of the mountain city are meticulously constructed, showcasing the charm of the mountain town.
