We propose the overall positioning of "Paradise on Earth · Water City of Milin", with the main objectives of building "a model of new urbanization in Tibetan areas, a national demonstration city for border consolidation and prosperity, an international tourist destination with Tibetan style, a highland health resort and tourism attraction, and a base for high-tech education and industry in Tibet" as the main goal of urban design.

 

The conceptual design is envisioned as "a fairyland on earth, a water city in Milin", proposing the concept of "co-construction of a water city". It prioritizes the landscape environment in urban design, highlighting the seamless integration of regional architectural art with the overall urban spatial form. With "water city" and "green network" as the overall landscape goals, it proposes landscape designs for the riverside ecological green belt, the inland river system landscape, and the central park.
