"Modern interpretation of Tibetan Architecture" expounds Professor Chen Keshi's research on Tibetan traditional architecture as a scholar and architect and his experience in planning and architectural design practice in Tibet and other Tibetan cultural areas in the past 10 years. The whole book deeply interprets Tibetan traditional architecture and puts forward the academic viewpoint of "modern interpretation of Tibetan architecture", combined with more than 30 engineering design practices, from planning and design ideas, theories Methods, engineering technology and material application are discussed in detail, which fully shows his artistic thought and cultural concept beyond architecture.

The press conference was held in Lulang international tourism town, the starting point of Tibetan architectural design, which represents that Professor Chen Keshi has created the beauty of contemporary Tibetan architecture while inheriting Tibetan traditional architectural culture. As the chief designer of Lulang international tourism town project, Chen Keshi firmly believes that only the nation that creates great art can be respected by the world. Because of this, a creator who takes art as his life has always adhered to his original intention and mission - to create the world cultural heritage of contemporary Tibet.

When introducing the new book, Professor Chen Keshi said: "to absorb nutrients from Tibetan traditional art elements, we should adhere to the originality, regionality and artistry of design, and pursue architectural art, because the pursuit of architectural art is the pursuit of happiness. We should constantly put forward higher requirements for ourselves, and we should climb the designed Mount Everest, which is my design concept".

As urban construction in Shenzhen enters a stock renewal phase, Dapeng New District, endowed with coastal ecological foundations and aligned with the city’s strategic positioning as a national marine central city, has emerged as a core platform for revitalizing and upgrading Shenzhen’s coastal spaces. Leading the ZY Urban Design team, Chen Keshi centered the master plan on organic urban renewal. Rejecting large-scale demolition and reconstruction, the team revitalized existing stock spaces, preserved local cultural heritage, and upgraded industrial formats to deliver the comprehensive urban design of Dapeng Marine Cultural Town, creating a benchmark renewal model in Shenzhen where old and new coastal landscapes coexist harmoniously.
